As a dedicated therapist, I specialise in supporting individuals navigating the complex terrain of anxiety, depression, and neurodiversity. My focused expertise lies in working with ADHD and Dyslexia, areas where I have honed my skills to provide tailored and effective interventions.

Services

Introduction Session

 

In this session we will go though what CBT is and how it.

Most importantly to get to know a bit about you, what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. 

This space is confidential and non judgemental. 

These sessions are free and last 30 minutes. Currently these are being carried out in person or via video conferencing. 

Individual sessions

In these sessions we will explore what your are needing support with and introduce tools and strategies to help reduce the impact. 

 

These sessions are collaborative and tailored to your needs. I offer an initial 12 sessions however this will be decided between us if this needs to be shortened or lengthened. 

These are 50 minute CBT sessions and are £50 per session. I offer discounts to people living in low income households and students. 

I offer face to face counselling sessions from a private, confidential office in the city centre of Glasgow, If meeting in person is not available to you, I also offer video sessions via online platform Zoom.

Group Work

I am able to deliver a range of sessions on issues such as Anxiety, Self Esteem and Managing Stress.

I make these sessions interactive and engaging to help with learning. These groups can be tailored for your group and I work with my colleague who is also equally qualified to deliver in bigger group formats.
